FIRM Compassionate Care Medication Assistance Program
In general, the majority of insurance companies will cover diagnostic testing for infertility, most will not cover treatment. Some insurance companies do cover treatment, we suggest contacting your insurance manager to see what your individual policy will or will not cover. If you need assistance with this you can contact our billing department.
We are pleased to announce a program to obtain medication for your IVF cycle. The qualification for this program is to have a combined income of $ 70,000.00 or less, and have no insurance coverage for IVF. Please be aware that we may not have enough medication to assist all patients within the income guidelines. This process is done within our office and the medication is provided either by the pharmaceutical company or donated by other patients. Due to the limited supply of medication, we are only able to provide a maximum of 30 vials. If your cycle does not require the maximum amount you will be given the amount prescribed by your physician. This medication assistance is for Gonal-F only and does not include Lupron, Antagon, Progesterone, Pregnyl, Repronex, needles or syringes. Once medication is given through this program, you will not be able to receive additional medication for future IVF cycles.
Military/Public Service Discounts
We offer a 10% discount on eligible services for active military personnel, police officers, firefighters, and teachers. Please ask about this discount on your IVF consult visit.
Financing is available through LendingClub Patient Solutions.
