3 Cycle IVF

Obtaining the highest overall success with IVF may take more than one cycle treatment.  With this in mind, we offer three cycles of IVF at a reduced cost when paid in advance.  This program includes:

  • Three fresh IVF cycles, along with all frozen embryo transfer cycles within 16 months of the beginning of the first fresh cycle
  • IVF cycle monitoring
  • Egg retrieval, anesthesia, and transfer
  • Embryology services, including ICSI and/or assisted hatching, if required
  • Embryo cryopreservation and storage for the 15 months after the conclusion of the first fresh IVF cycle

This program DOES NOT include:

  • Medications
  • Epididymal/testicular sperm extraction (if required)
  • Pre- or post- IVF anatomic and medical/laboratory assessments, or necessary surgical corrections
  • Monitoring done at an outside facility
  • Embryo biopsy or pre-implantation genetic diagnosis
  • Storage of embryos beyond the initial fifteen month period
  • Donor services (sperm and/or egg)
  • Pregnancy lab work and monitoring

The cost for the Three Cycle IVF Plan is $ 14,500

Payment is due on your first cycle IVF start date.  If, for medical reasons (e.g. poor stimulation/ prognosis), the patient and physician mutually agree to terminate the Three Cycle IVF Plan prior to initiation of the third fresh IVF cycle, charges will be appropriated based on the Non-Insurance Traditional IVF Fee Schedule.  Any remaining credit balance will be applied to subsequent treatment, such as Donor Egg IVF.

To participate in this plan, you must not have health insurance coverage for IVF services.  All frozen embryos need to be used prior to starting a new fresh cycle.  If the patient achieves a pregnancy resulting in a live birth prior to completing their third fresh cycle, the plan will be considered completed.  This plan does not include a refund offer.
