Question and Answer Program
For New Patients ONLY

Our question and answer program is intended to answer many of the common questions patients have regarding infertility.  It is our hope that with some basic information, patients can determine whether they are following a reasonable treatment plan.  Questions can be submitted via the internet to firmdocs@infertilityQandA.com.  One of our board certified Reproductive Medicine Specialists will try to answer you within 48 hours.  If you prefer to speak directly to one of our physicians, a question and answer appointment can be made by calling our main number, 904-399-5620.  These appointments will be made for no longer than 10 minutes.  There is no charge for the question and answer service.  We would like to stress that patients taking advantage of this program are not considered patients of the Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine.  If a patient wishes to become a patient of the Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine it is necessary to make a face-to-face appointment with one of our physicians.  Patient appointments can be scheduled in the Jacksonville or Tallahassee area by calling 904-399-5620; in the Daytona area by calling 386-254-8211.  Your new patient appointment will be scheduled at your preferred office site.
