We are now offering a Donor Egg IVF Refund Program. This consists of three (3) fresh split donor cycles and all resulting frozen embryo cycles for one fixed cost. If these cycles do not result in a live birth, then 100% of the cost will be refunded.
This program includes:
- Three fresh split donor egg cycles, and all frozen embryo transfer cycles, to be accomplished within an eighteen (18) month period after starting the first fresh cycle
- Donor screening
- Donor medications
- Donor cycle monitoring
- Donor retrieval and anesthesia
- Donor stipend
- Embryology services, including ICSI, if indicated
- Recipient monitoring
- Embryo transfer
- Embryo cryopreservation and storage for the seventeen (17) months after the conclusion of the first fresh donor IVF cycle
This program DOES NOT include:
- Pre- or post- IVF anatomic and medical/laboratory assessments, or necessary surgical corrections
- Recipient medications
- Monitoring done at an outside facility
- Embryo biopsy or pre-implantation genetic diagnosis
- Specific recipient requested genetic testing of egg donor
- Epididymal/testicular sperm extraction ($ 3,300 per extraction procedure)
- Storage of embryos beyond the initial 17 month period
- Pregnancy lab work and monitoring
To qualify for this program the patient must:
- Not have health insurance coverage for IVF
- Be no older than 48 years of age
- Have a body mass index (BMI) < 33
- Have a stimulated endometrial thickness greater than, or equal to, 7 mm
- Have a uterus capable of carrying a pregnancy to term (i.e. there cannot be significant pathology predisposing to poor implantation or miscarriage, unless corrected prior to treatment)
- Not have a history of endometriosis
- Not have failed more than one prior donor egg IVF cycle
- Not have a communicating hydrosalpinx (tube filled with fluid)
- Not have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss
- Not have any medical condition predisposing to poor implantation or miscarriage
- Not use tobacco, recreational drugs, or be on any potentially teratogenic medication
- The male partner providing the sperm to fertilize the eggs must have a semen analysis without azoospermia (absence of sperm) or severe oligozoospermia (very low sperm count)
- Post-vasectomy patients can qualify but require pre-treatment hormonal testing indicative of continued sperm production, and then sperm retrieval for fertilization (hormonal testing and sperm retrieval are not included in the IVF Guarantee Donor Egg Program, and carry an additional cost)
The cost for the F.I.R.M. IVF Guarantee Donor Egg (Shared-Risk) Program is $27,500.
